Scope of Advice Disclosure

Freedom Financial Limited (FSP769995) does not impose charges, expenses, or any other fees for furnishing personal risk insurance (life, disability, and health) and general KiwiSaver advice services to you.

On occasion when we do require fees from you, you will be advised prior to the fee or expense being incurred and you will have the option not to continue working with us and therefore not be liable for any fee of expense.

We may charge fees, expenses, or any other charges for providing home mortgages financial advisory services to you. This is on the infrequent occasion when advice is rendered for a secondary non-bank lender and/or when Freedom does not receive a commission from the lender. Any potential fees will be communicated to you by your mortgage adviser for mutual agreement before the fee is incurred.

Under certain circumstances, we may recommend the engagement of another service provider to facilitate the delivery of suitable financial advice. These providers, such as property valuers, property surveyors, and motor vehicle valuers, will invoice for their services, and we will inform you of associated fees and charges before engaging their services on your behalf.
